其實人人都有時間 大家一齊好好善用時間吧! We always have time enough if we use it alright. Let's make good use of time!

將所有材料用常温水浸泡 備用 Soak all ingredients in temperature water and set aside. 

肉要汆水 用熱水浸兩至三分鐘 重覆做兩次 直到整個表面呈奶白色 Blanch the meat (soak in hot water for 2-3minutes, do it twice until the surface is milky white) 

 

你亦可一次過煮多幾舊肉 分別用保鮮紙包好 放冰格 (可保存兩星期) Or you can blanch several pieces, cover them with plastic wrap and freeze them. (it keeps two weeks)

將所有材料倒入去燘燒杯或電燉盅 煮三至四小時 Put everything into you thermal jar or electric stew cup and leave it cook 3-4 hours. 

Enjoy your meal after a busy morning!
